Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free with no credit card required. You can manage up to 50 members, collect payments, and use digital ID cards. We charge a 6% processing fee on transactions instead of a monthly subscription.
Every paid plan (Starter, Core, Enterprise) comes with a 30-day free trial. You get full access to every feature in that tier. If you decide it's not for you, cancel before 30 days and you won't be charged.
Processing fees are charged on each payment you collect through ManageMemberships. This is on top of Stripe's standard card processing fee. Higher-tier plans have lower processing fees, so as your business grows the math favors upgrading.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
All plans support credit/debit cards through Stripe. Core and above also support Apple Pay and Link for faster checkout.
No contracts, ever. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Enterprise plans can optionally include an annual agreement with a discount.
If you're switching from another membership platform, we'll help you move your member data, billing records, and waivers over. On Core plans, this is included at no extra cost. Enterprise gets a fully custom migration.
Door access is an add-on for Core plans ($89/mo) and included with Enterprise. It uses a small hub unit ($150 one-time) connected to an electric strike or mag lock. Members unlock the door with their phone — and access is automatically revoked if their membership lapses. Learn more.
The POS add-on ($59/mo on Core, included with Enterprise) lets you sell merchandise, supplements, drinks, and other products right from ManageRegister — our companion kiosk and register app. It syncs with member accounts and supports charge-to-card-on-file. Learn more.
