That’s why ManageMemberships.com is proud to introduce a new feature that allows you to seamlessly register and manage members who pay in cash. Whether it's for gyms, clubs, or other services, you can now easily document cash transactions and ensure that every member—no matter how they prefer to pay—is accounted for. How to Add a New Cash Member
To add a new cash member, navigate to your members area and click the "Register Cash Member" button.
After that, the process is similar to the existing registration form. You can select their membership level and add contact information:
Finally, when it comes time to collect, you can click the "collect cash" button and document how many months the member is paying for:
After hitting "collect", the user's expiration is updated and the cash collected amount goes towards your revenue information.
