ManageMemberships 1.21.0 Is Live

Orientation Workflow + Queue

We have introduced a full orientation workflow tied directly into class check in.

You can now:

• Track members who need orientation
• Manage them through a dedicated Orientation Queue
• View bundled members and minors alongside their parent account

The queue is only visible when orientation is enabled, keeping your interface clean and focused.

Arbitrary Processing Fees

You now have full control over passing processing fees to customers.

Instead of fixed rules, you can:

• Apply any percentage you want
• Adjust fees dynamically depending on your business needs

This gives you flexibility whether you want to offset costs or structure pricing differently.

Member Insights Dashboard

We added member insights directly to your dashboard so you can quickly understand activity and engagement without digging through reports.

CRM Task Tracking

Task tracking is now built into the CRM, making it easier to:

• Follow up with leads
• Track internal to dos
• Stay organized without external tools

Resource Booking Notifications

Additional email notifications are now available for resource bookings, improving communication for both staff and members.

Smarter Campaign Targeting

Inactive and cancelled members are now automatically excluded from:

• Email campaigns
• Text campaigns
• Drip campaigns
• Automation triggers

This helps keep your messaging clean and focused on active members only.

Stronger Orientation Security

The orientation workflow now uses atomic transaction handling to prevent duplicate completions and ensure data consistency.

We also added server side validation for configuration to prevent setup errors.

Billing UX Improvements

Anchor dates now show by default when editing the next invoice date, making billing adjustments clearer and faster.

Stability and Security Improvements

• Login from member content now correctly redirects back to the original blog post
• Redis caching issue affecting day passes has been resolved
• Resource availability can now be properly restored when unmarking as unavailable
• General security updates and patches to keep your system stable and protected
