ManageMemberships 1.20.0 Is Live

We just rolled out version 1.20.0, and this release focuses on tighter billing control, stronger security, better performance, and smarter member tools.

From calendar based billing to door scheduling and improved account management, this update brings meaningful improvements across the platform.

Calendar Based Billing

You can now enable calendar billing.

When activated, new subscriptions are prorated through the end of the current month. On the first of the next month, the full recurring amount is charged automatically.

This makes billing predictable and easy to explain to members. No more random billing dates scattered throughout the month. Perfect for gyms, martial arts schools, and any business that prefers clean month based reporting.

Subscription Quantity Editing

You can now edit quantities directly on subscription items.

• Increase family members
• Adjust equipment rentals
• Modify class packs
• Update quantities without recreating subscriptions

This also works when adding subscription quantities directly during setup.

Portal Customization

You can now configure portal colors and settings.
