At ManageMemberships, we have always worked closely with gym owners and operators. From day one, the platform has been shaped hand in hand with people running academies, studios, and training facilities. Scheduling constraints, access rules, billing edge cases, waivers, and staff workflows. These are not abstract problems, they are daily realities, and we have built alongside owners who live them.
That focus is not changing. It is expanding.
As the platform has matured, we are placing greater emphasis on improving the experience for individual members, in ways that reduce friction and remove unnecessary burden from gym owners. When members can find answers quickly, report issues clearly, and understand how things work without confusion, owners spend less time troubleshooting and more time running their business.
Today, we are introducing new functionality that directly supports that goal.
Members can now submit feedback and access help documentation directly within the platform. This reflects our commitment to excellence, not as a tagline, but as a practical standard for how the system behaves in real use.
Feedback That Feels Natural, Not Buried
Feedback has traditionally been one of the biggest sources of overhead for gym owners. Members email staff. Messages lack context. Questions repeat. Issues arrive without enough detail to act on quickly.
With this update, members can submit feedback directly from inside their account. No separate forms. No searching for contact information. No wondering whether a message went through.
Members can report bugs, ask questions, or suggest features using structured feedback that preserves context. This allows our team to understand what a member was doing, what they expected, and what went wrong, without requiring owners or staff to translate or relay information.
Help Documentation That Reduces Support Load
Alongside feedback submission, we have expanded how members access help documentation.
Instead of static pages that feel disconnected from the product, members can browse help content that aligns with what they are actively doing. Articles are written to answer real questions clearly and directly, using familiar scenarios and straightforward language.
Members can also view interactive demos that walk through workflows step by step. These demos allow members to learn independently, which reduces repetitive questions and lowers the volume of support requests that land on owners and staff.
Easy Access, Right When It Is Needed
We designed this system to be easy to reach at the moment something comes to mind.
On the web, members can submit feedback by clicking the “Something to share” prompt in the lower right corner of the screen. It stays out of the way until it is needed, then opens instantly when a member wants to ask a question, report an issue, or share an idea.
In the mobile app, feedback can be accessed by shaking the phone or by tapping the Feedback option directly in the app. Updates to custom branded apps are currently being rolled out, and members will gain access automatically as those updates become available.
Transparency That Builds Trust
Members can now view the status of feedback they have submitted. This visibility helps set expectations and reduces frustration. Even when something cannot be addressed immediately, members can see that their input has been acknowledged and is being tracked.
For gym owners, this means fewer follow up messages asking for updates and fewer situations where staff feel caught in the middle between members and software issues.
Built to Support Owners by Empowering Members
By improving the member experience, we reduce avoidable questions and issues that fall back on gym owners and staff. Less repetition. Fewer interruptions. More time focused on training, community, and growth.
