ManageMemberships
ManageMemberships is built for facility owners who want fast daily workflows, a branded mobile app, door access control that syncs with billing, and real human support. For shooting ranges and gun clubs, it covers member management, access control with door logs, waivers, classes, events, resource booking for lanes and bays, CRM pipelines and automation in one platform.
Bizzflo is business management software for gun stores and ranges, archery ranges, gyms, salons and other service businesses. For ranges, it bundles an FFL-ready POS, compliance tools (an electronic 4473 kiosk and a digital bound book), online lane reservations, memberships, classes, inventory with distributor feeds, and email and SMS marketing. It does not publish its pricing. 1
If firearms retail and FFL compliance are the center of your business, Bizzflo builds them in. If your range runs on memberships, lane time and unattended access, ManageMemberships covers that with door access and a branded app, and we recommend pairing it with FastBound for compliance.
Native door access that syncs with billing status. Bizzflo doesn't describe access control on its public pages.
Your range's own iOS and Android app, included free on Core. Bizzflo describes a Bizzflo app, not one branded for your range.
Every plan is on our pricing page. Bizzflo's fee is set per customer in its contract, plus a non-refundable setup fee.
No term to sit out. Bizzflo's terms start with one year that auto-renews, with 60 days' notice to leave.
Direct founder support and free migration assistance. No ticket queues, no runaround.
Industry-standard payment processing through Stripe, with one all-in rate.
This is a marketing comparison for ManageMemberships. The Bizzflo column only states what is clearly described on their public pages linked in Sources. If something is not clearly described there, it is labeled that way instead of guessing.

The key difference: ManageMemberships gives you native door access, a branded app and published, month-to-month pricing. Bizzflo gives you FFL compliance and firearms retail built into the POS.
Firearms retail and compliance are Bizzflo's real strength. Its POS is built to be FFL-ready, with one checkout for firearms, ammo, range time and classes. It offers an electronic 4473 kiosk and a digital bound book it describes as compliant with ATF Ruling 2016-1, with every firearm transaction recorded in the bound book from the POS and "rapid ATF exports." Inventory comes with barcode scanning, alerts and automatic distributor feeds. If your range is also a busy gun counter, having compliance inside the register is a genuine advantage.
It's also built for scale across locations. Bizzflo offers multi-location sync with central reporting and member profiles shared across properties, lane reservations with waitlists and walk-ins, certification classes with instructor rosters, and a managed-services option where its team handles admin and marketing work. It names range customers such as PWG Range, Sacramento Gun Club, Target Sports and BluCore Shooting Center, and describes a guided four-week launch that runs side by side with your old tools.
Unattended access is where we're different. ManageMemberships door access is part of the same system as billing: a member with a current membership and a signed waiver gets in, and a declined card locks the door on its own. Bizzflo doesn't describe door or access control on its public pages, so a range that wants 24/7 member access would be looking at a separate system.
Terms you can see before you sign. Our plans are on the pricing page and everything is month-to-month. Bizzflo sets its fee per customer in a contract addendum, charges a non-refundable setup fee, and its terms start with a one-year term that renews automatically, with 60 days' written notice to leave after the first year. Members also get your range's own branded app, included on Core, and a CRM with pipelines for leads, trials and renewals.
For compliance, we stay out of the bound book on purpose and recommend FastBound, a dedicated FFL compliance product. That keeps your compliance records in a tool built only for that job, alongside a membership platform built for memberships, lanes and access.

Because Bizzflo doesn't publish prices, the only fair comparison is a written quote. Ask Bizzflo for the monthly fee with the modules you'd use, the setup fee, the processing rate you'd qualify for, and the contract term, then compare it against ManageMemberships Core plus door access and a FastBound subscription.
Start with the contract. Bizzflo's terms set a one-year initial term that renews automatically, and ask for at least 60 days' written notice after the initial term, so find your renewal date and give notice in writing in time.
Pull your exports early. Bizzflo's terms say anything in its standard reports exports at no charge, in formats such as CSV or XLSX, and that complex or relational data is a custom report with a separate fee. Run the standard member, membership and renewal reports first; that's usually enough for us to bring over your members, membership levels, billing dates and history, and map your plans one to one. If you need relational data such as lane history, ask Bizzflo to quote the custom export before you give notice.
Keep compliance records where they belong. Your A&D bound book and 4473 records need to stay complete and retrievable. We don't migrate bound book or 4473 records. The ranges we've moved off Bizzflo already kept them in FastBound; if yours are still in Bizzflo, move them to FastBound as their own step, before the Bizzflo account closes.
Expect a card-update step. Bizzflo doesn't publicly state whether stored cards can move to another processor, so ask in writing. If they can't, we build branded card-update forms and run an email and text campaign so members can update their card in a couple of taps.
Cutover is where double-billing happens, and we handle it by hand. Your old system stays live until you've checked that every member came across, and you pick the cutover date. Then we cancel each member's old billing individually, timed to land just before their next charge date, so nobody pays twice and nobody has a gap. Most migrations take two to three weeks from start to launch, and migration is included on every plan.
No. ManageMemberships doesn't include FFL compliance tools; for e4473 and the A&D bound book we recommend pairing with FastBound, a dedicated compliance product. Bizzflo builds FFL compliance into its POS, including an electronic 4473 kiosk and a digital bound book it describes as compliant with ATF Ruling 2016-1.
Yes. ManageMemberships includes native door access that syncs with membership and billing status, so a failed payment restricts access automatically. Bizzflo does not describe door or access control on its public pages.
Bizzflo does not publish its pricing. Its terms say the monthly fee and the included modules are set in a per-customer addendum, and that there is a one-time setup fee, paid before implementation and non-refundable. ManageMemberships publishes its plans: free up to 50 members, $29 for Starter, $99 for Core, and custom Enterprise plans.
Bizzflo's terms set an initial term of one year that renews automatically for one-year periods, and require at least 60 days' written notice to end it after the initial term. Some Bizzflo marketing pages say "no contract", so check the terms you sign. ManageMemberships is month-to-month.
Bizzflo's terms say anything available through its standard reports can be exported at no charge, in formats such as CSV or XLSX, and that complex or relational data counts as a custom report with a separate fee. Whether stored cards can move to another processor is not publicly stated.
Yes. Free migration assistance is included. We'll help move your member data and membership structures, and get you live on ManageMemberships.
Yes. ManageMemberships includes resource booking for lanes, bays, classrooms and any other bookable resource. Members book through the member portal or the branded app. Bizzflo also offers online lane reservations and walk-in lane assignment.
