Thankful For Our Users and New Release 1.14.0

Release 1.14.0 brings a wide range of additions across communication, scheduling, member tools, reporting, and content management. This update focuses on giving owners more control, giving members a smoother experience, and tightening several areas of daily operation.

New Features

Email Controls and Outreach

Unsubscribe handling and full email blacklisting are now available. Both members and owners can manage preferences with simple controls. This gives businesses cleaner outreach and helps prevent unwanted messages.

You can also send FCM notifications directly from the dashboard to members who have the mobile app connected. This works well for schedule updates, quick announcements, and event reminders.

Class Tools and the Guest View

Guests are now able to view the class schedule without creating an account first. This helps prospects understand your offerings before committing.

Class rosters have a clearer layout and load more smoothly. Class surveys can now be sent directly from the schedule, giving owners a quick way to gather feedback from people who actually attended sessions.

The waiver only and kiosk flow has gained upgrades as well for facilities that depend heavily on walk in traffic.

Portal Customization and Content Creation

Portal navigation can now be edited. Businesses can reorder or hide items to shape the member experience.

The WYSIWYG editor inside portal settings and other content areas has been refined with better formatting controls and more predictable behavior.

Blog posts can now be duplicated and scheduled. This helps with recurring content, announcements, and seasonal posts.

Business Management Updates

Owners can create their own coupon codes. This supports seasonal promotions, referral incentives, and introductory offers.

Resources can be bulk marked as unavailable which saves time during closures, equipment changes, or maintenance windows.

A full member change report is now available. Owners can track profile edits, membership changes, adjustments, and other activity from one place.

Product sync with ManageRegister is now supported, keeping product lists aligned for businesses using both systems.

Searching for members during cash collection is cleaner, and the system now allows collecting any custom amount on the same screen.

Fixes

Members are once again able to view arbitrary agreements from the front side of the site. Several notification issues have been resolved. The cash collection page has been corrected and fee reporting no longer shows unclear output when a transaction has no fee.

Improvements

General layout updates continue across the application. Screens should feel cleaner and more consistent.

The email campaign page now avoids unnecessary work which improves speed with larger campaigns. Paused membership logs include more detail for easier tracking.

The subscription report presents clearer billing information. The check in report can be filtered by membership level. Revenue reporting now separates cash from non cash entries for a clearer financial picture.
