We thank everyone for all the interest they’ve expressed.  We've been hard at work putting on the finishing touches and testing functionality and user-experience.  A video walk-through is planned later next week, but for now we wanted to share some screenshots of the functionality.

Member Management

You can easily manage your membership levels from your admin dashboard.

You can select the membership level name, price, billing interval and description

Agreements

A big headache for every business that manages memberships is making sure all waivers and agreements are signed.   With ManageMemberships, you can create different agreements and associate them with specific membership levels:

On the customer’s side, they can see any agreements that they haven’t signed:

You can also see members who have not signed all the agreements on your end:

We also make it easy to filter specifically for members who have not signed their agreement:

Your users can conveniently e-sign the documents:

Events

You can manage your events and edit names, images, description, as well as various price levels and discounts:

Your customers can then conveniently find events listed on an events calendar where they can view more information and register.  If their membership level is eligible for a discount, it’s automatically applied:
